AiTools downstream service'ler icin gateway-only inbound zorunlulugu middleware (X-Gateway-Authenticated header check, 401 gateway.required). Identity sablonundan T#469 F6'da bagimsiz NuGet paketine cikarildi (KB v3 + diger downstream tuketim).
No packages depend on AiTools.IdentityService.TrustedGateway.
AIT-739: ProjectRegistryReader faz eksen kombinasyon politikasi okuma yuzeyi — PhaseAxisPolicyRegistryCache + GetPhaseAxisPolicy / ListPhaseAxisPolicies / EvaluatePhaseAxes(scope, work_type, stack). Eslestirme sozlugu paketin icinde tasinir (PhaseAxisMatchTokens: * kisitlanmaz, - bos olmali, + dolu olmali; PhaseAxisMatchKinds: axis-match | stack-scope-mismatch; PhaseAxisVerdicts: hint | deny) — tuketici token semantigini yeniden yazmaz. RegistryCacheKeys 2 yeni anahtar (phase-axis-policy tekil + all). Contracts: PhaseAxisPolicySummary + PhaseAxisPolicyUpsertRequest. DbModel: PhaseAxisPolicyEntity (phase_axis_policies; M039 seed = decision/design/phase-axis-combination-policy K2 istisna tablosu, varsayilan izinli). Bundle tek-version disiplini: 4 paket birlikte bumplanir.
